PERSONAL WORK
Through experimenting with modern audio tools for over ten years, I’ve explored different approaches towards sound design, composition, and live performance. My ongoing “DBR” project is how I present my personal work to a global audience. This has led me to release music, perform live throughout Australia and Europe, and connect with a community of like-minded people.

In 2022 I was invited to perform live in five European countries at various clubs and festivals. Presenting my work to new audiences overseas was an incredible opportunity and I look forward to doing it again in the future.
Traces, Sydney 2022
Premiered at Soft Centre Festival as part of Vivid 2022, ‘Traces’ is a commissioned, live audiovisual performance showcasing the multidisciplinary offerings of myself (as DBR), Cypha, Brigitte Podrasky and Joan Shin. A one-off collaborative project developed across three remote cities, Traces takes inspiration from memory and disorderly exchanges between each artist’s temporal context.

Off The Edge
A monthly music showcase presented through Australian radio station ‘Skylab’. Each episode highlights different sonic niches around the world, with international guests including Lawrence English, Remek Hanaj (Księżyc) and Rutger Zuydervelt.
